About Your Trainer: Coach B

Being an athlete has took me to where I am today. From the countless triumphs, awards, and injuries, it was all worth it because that journey shined the light to the path of my next true passion— personal training.


My athletic career as a football player truly paved the way for my love and pursuit of a

profession in the fitness industry, so allow me to start with how it all began:


At a young age, I began playing sports and was dedicated to taking my performance to the

next level. Through my football career, I pushed myself to be the best; I went from being honored by my high school as an All-American to receiving a scholarship to play at the Division I level at an amazing university and finished with my final pursuit towards NFL. Unfortunately, yet fortunately, my football career did not make it to the professional level as I was struck by injury during Pro-Day.


Now, I say “fortunately,” because if it weren’t for my ACL/MCL injury during my sophomore

year of college that ultimately led to my quad popping on Pro-Day, I would not have studied

the body the way that I did; I would not have learned the challenge and victory of getting

yourself into elite physical and mental shape; and I would not have seen the importance of

ensuring that our bodies have sustainable health for the long-haul.


By overcoming what some would call failures, I believe I have been blessed with this redirection of my path into a profession in health and wellness. I can wholeheartedly say I have fallen in love with the training process and teaching others how to get to that next level, and reach their goals too. I, truly, have the dedication to take others from where they are, to where they wish to be. With my continuously-growing expertise and knowledge of the importance and execution of improving our health, body composition, and mentality, I’m here to help people create the best version of themselves.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. This also means that the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • A the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginner?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
